The New Omega AllPro S Series is designed for the high-speed production of complex cartons with minimum change over time and easy operation.

 

Along with the well proven features of the Omega AllPro, the AllPro S Series features  independently designed  four and six corner, auto bottom and straight line folding units which allow shorter make-ready times and more economical power consumption.

 

Feed gates and hopper sides on the Omega AllPro S are pneumatically lifted, and the Feed is equipped with servo motor for instant reaction with independent speed adjustment and independent adjustments to left and right.

The Single Finger System for four and six corner cartons is capable of folding of all types of cartons within the machine range automatically. All adjustments are automated for the operator, all the operator does is simply input the flap length. The touch screen input pad allows operator to make changes to all parameters allowing for different board grains, thicknesses and types of cartons. Each job is saved in memory for future orders.

 

The Final Fold Section is equipped with a center carrier which remains in the machine to run small boxes. The lower and upper center carriers are synchronized even when the upper carrier is in raised position. Additional features such as angled chromium plated folding rollers adjustable in different positions, independent speed adjustment, polyamide guides, adjustable guide rollers to move folding belts up and down, movable end rollers for four corners with lid and/or special applications and two different sized multi positioned swords.

 

The extended delivery unit is easily adjustable in every direction. The belts can also be adjusted while the carriers are running. The delivery is equipped with an AC motor for independent blank spacing and Kicker / Counter.

 

The stacker unit is pneumatic style integrated compression stacker with 335cm upper compression. Dual lead in pneumatic carriers on stacker are time adjusted.

 

With the new design upper carriers on arches, the Omega AllPro  S is available in motorized and memorized versions.
