The Kohmann Pick and Place Unit for the Kohmann Window Machine is engineered to process heavy gauge substrate pre-cut or creased PVC/PET blanks.  The blanks are fed onto a timing device that registers the blanks again before the carton blank and heavy gauge blank are placed.  The carton blank is guided through the machine and glued as normal.  The pre-cut/heavy gauge blank is placed on the carton blank and transported onto the delivery table.
