The Servofold system microprocessor controls backfold speed and timing

The front fold flaps are folded with easily positionable front fold fingers. When not being used, the front fold fingers can be moved up and out of the way.

Scanners detect the carton leading edge

Backfold speed and timing is microprocessor controlled

Finger velocity is 100% controllable.

The folding finger angle is controllable by degrees via the microprocessor control pad.

Backfolds are completed on two different axis'

The 110 and 130 models will accommodate 4 and 6 corner blanks

The 6-corner lid is folded in the final fold section utilizing flexible folding rails
